Course Description:

English for Academic Purposes II (356:156), or EAP II, serves matriculated undergraduate speakers of English as an additional language. It is a 4-credit university course that meets three times a week and counts toward the GPA. EAP II is specifically designed to help students build linguistic competence in English so that their verbal level more accurately reflects their ability to read, conceptualize, and frame complex arguments in English.

Dropping English for Academic Purposes is not possible without a dean's permission. If a medical or personal emergency is preventing you from attending to your course work, please contact the Dean of Students office for help with documenting your emergency and for support in navigating all of your courses this semester.
