The add/drop period for Writing Program courses will extend from January 16th-January 24th. Writing Program courses are designated by the 355 prefix.

Effective Spring 2001, the University has instituted a new policy changing registration dates for all courses other than Writing Program courses. For courses not offered by the Writing Program, there will be a 7 day Drop period and a 9 day Add period. For courses not offered by the Writing Program, the last day to add courses will be Friday, January 26th. The last day to drop courses without a "W" grade or tuition charge will be on Wednesday, January 24th.

The Writing Program is exempt from this new policy because all students, regardless of the number of credits they have accrued, can add or drop courses from the first day of the add/drop period--January 16th.
