Introduction
Welcome to Tutorama, an area with focused online tutorials meant to help common problems 100 students encounter as the semester progresses. If your instructor is focusing on a skill in the second week of classes that appears later in this Tutorama, jump ahead and read for that skill. Check back regularly for help with reading and writing strategies that correspond with your section’s progress, but also understand that this Tutorama does not, cannot, replace the tutoring offered at our Writing Centers. The Writing Centers not only allow you to focus on your specific problems (versus the most common problems of students), but, much more importantly, they allow you to work with a tutor directly on your writing.
